Speaker at a Summit – EAL and international teaching

I’m absolutely delighted to say that I’m going to be a speaker at the upcoming Early Years Summit on Speech, Language and Communication led by Kathy Brodie.

If you’re not familiar with the Early Years Summit, it’s a brilliant week-long CPD online event where leading experts share their knowledge, insights and practical tips on an important topic. This year the focus is Speech Language and Communication.

There’s an amazing line-up of 30 speakers covering topics like stuttering, selective mutism, teaching English as an Additional Language, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Makaton and babies’ communication from birth to three.

I’ll be talking about being an EYFS international teacher working within a language enrichment programme and working with children who speak languages other than English.

All the interviews are completely free to watch (as many times as you want!) during the summit week of Monday May 31st to Sunday June 6th. Or if you want, you can buy a copy of the recordings to keep and watch forever.

If you’d like to watch the summit free online you can sign up using this link: https://www.earlyyearssummit.com/jessgosling
