Since 2021, my ‘great’ has been reaching out to the international community through podcasts
I have shared my extensive knowledge about working internationally as well as my experiences working with the youngest, diverse communities in international schools.
In July 2022- July 2023 I became #10PercentBraver and led my own radio show, for TeacherHug radio. The show was called ‘Postcards from Teaching Overseas’ and showcases the experiences of teachers around the world, each month featuring a new country. Although I have finished recording for this, now the shows can be replayed.

My first US podcast was a lovely conversation about how I became a teacher, even when education was not a big part of my childhood household. I discuss how we all should strive for what we want and not accept the status quo if it makes us unhappy.

Here I discuss international teaching and EAL wellbeing and teaching in the mainstream international school classroom.
In this live recording I shared my views on the most current draws and setbacks for international teachers, in light of Covid 19. I was joined by Lydia Ann Smith, a recruiter from INTA Education.
Series 5 Episode 8: I spoke about how I use evidence-informed practice in my work, and great sources of CPD for Early Years Teachers.
A great discussion about life overseas with Jackie Scully, a teacher from the US. We talk about how schools could be improved and she also reflects upon her experience of teaching overseas.
I talk about being a teacher in an international school, specifically how I teach my EAL children.
In this show I discuss with other #WomenEd leads what made me volunteer for this organisation and set up a chapter in Taiwan. It offers an overview of what #WomenEd is all about.
In 2023 I had the chance to join Andy Burt on the Early Excellence Podcast, where I discuss being an international teacher specifically in the Early Years.
